  • Time to Process Your Request or Complaint. Your requests will be processed no later than 2 business days (48 hours, this period may be extended by non-working days and public holidays common in the Czech Republic).

Right to Withdraw from the Purchase Contract

  • The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you or a third person designated by you, who is not the carrier, received the goods (or the last product, partial shipment, or last piece in the case of a purchase contract for multiple pieces of goods from one order, or the delivery of a product in multiple partial shipments or pieces).
  • Where can you exercise your rights? If you decide to withdraw from the purchase contract, inform us through your user account. Alternatively, contact us at the email address contact@elektrikshop.ro or phone number +420776242870. Withdrawal from the purchase contract can be done through any clear declaration (e.g., via email). For this purpose, you may use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.
  • Address for Returning Goods. A return label is usually available in the user account on elektrikshop.ro. If no return label is provided, use this address for returning goods: New Line Electro s.r.o., Kirilovova 181, 739 21 Paskov. Alternatively, please contact us via email contact@elektrikshop.ro or phone number +420776242870 to ensure your rights for returning goods and agree on an individual approach.
  • Timely Withdrawal from Contract. To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send a notice of exercising the right to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawing from the Purchase Contract

What happens when you withdraw from the purchase contract? In the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract, we will return all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer) without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we received the notice of your withdrawal from the purchase contract.

  • Refunds. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will there be any fees charged for this refund. Reimbursement may be withheld until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof of returning the goods, whichever occurs first.
  • Obligation to Return Goods. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay, no later than fourteen days from the day you informed us of the withdrawal from the purchase contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of this period.
  • Return Shipping Costs. Direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer. If the value of the returned product exceeds 201 RON without postage (i.e., from 201.01 RON), we cover the direct costs of return shipping. You bear direct costs for returning goods that cannot be returned by regular postal means due to their nature.
  • Reduction in Goods Value. Upon withdrawal from the purchase contract, you are responsible for reducing the value of the returned goods or goods sent back, which occurred as a result of handling other than what is necessary to familiarize with the nature and properties of the goods. If damaged or incomplete goods are returned to us, we will offset our claim for damages with the purchase price you seek to have refunded. We will always assess each case individually to determine the extent of damage, devaluation of the goods, and establish a corresponding reduced value. We will inform you of these steps via the provided email address.
  • Impossibility of Withdrawal from the Purchase Contract. These cases are described in detail in Article 3.6 of the GTC.
